Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are manufacturer.

How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to your quantity.

Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we could offer the free samples but not pay the cost of cargo.

What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A etc.

Can you do OEM?

A: Yes, we can do OEM, we can customize as yours request.

What is the MOQ?

A: Normal it is 20,000 pcs. Mould load and unload, test need the quantity.

Who pay the Mould cost?

A: If we have the mould, no cost, if make new mould, you pay first and after reaching the certain quanlity we will return the mould cost to you.
